I work under the direction of the Practice Manager, and each day looks very different. My usual work includes acting as a central point of communication for the practice both with patients and staff, monitoring and evaluating the performance of projects, developing staff health and wellbeing strategies, and supporting the practice in working towards NHS net zero. I’m also the practice cancer champion, working to promote cancer screening. I joined the practice in October 2019 and work part-time.
