One of my main roles is the front desk where I welcome patients arriving for their appointment, taking samples, doing surgery emails, and answering any queries.

Also working in the office, answering phone calls, taking medication requests, scanning records, and other admin duties.

I also work one day a week doing phlebotomy (taking blood).
