I joined the Benfield Park Admin team in August 2021 as a Medical Receptionist.

The main parts of my role are providing patients with information about booking appointments, repeat prescriptions and test results or queries, either by telephone or on the main reception desk. I am responsible for updating the appointment system for the practice and updating patients’ records along with other admin tasks.

I have recently trained to be a Phlebotomist within the practice and I will work between the two job roles part time.
