The NHS App
The quickest and easiest way to request a repeat prescription is through the NHS App.
Available for all smartphones, the free NHS app lets you order a repeat prescription in a few easy steps at any time, with no need to call the practice.
You can also use the NHS App to book appointments, get advice, views your records and more.
Through our website
If you have signed up to use our online service through EMIS, then you can also send a request that way.
As well as medication details and issue dates, you can also nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription. This can be a more convenient option than coming to the practice.
If you have not yet signed up for our online services, please speak to the Reception team to get access.
By Telephone
Please ring 0191 2821010, prescription line is open between 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm.
In-Person
Visit us at Benfield Park Medical Group and speak to the Reception Team. Please bring the repeat prescription form part of your last prescription.
