Do you live with diabetes? Have you attended your diabetic eye screening appointment this year?
A Diabetic Eye Screening event is being held at the Centre for Life, NE1 4EP on Sat 7th Oct, 9am – 4pm. You must be due an appointment to be eligible, please see below. Walk-in slots are available on the day, although you may be required to wait. Eligibility for appointment:
- have not attended or been invited to a diabetic eye screening appointment in the past year.
- over the age of 12.
- coded as diabetic.
Please note that you will not be able to drive immediately after the screening appointment.
