Once you have been assessed by one of our GPs, and any necessary additional tests, or advice and guidance has been sought, they will pass the information onto our secretary team who will then refer you to the appropriate department. Our secretaries aim to action all referrals within 24 hours, and will post out a letter. If you have any problems or wish to expedite your appointment please phone the number on your letter.
