Couch to 5K – Join Us!

Let’s get active together! As a practice we’ve decided to take part in the couch to 5k programme, this is designed for people who are complete beginners at running, set over 9 weeks.
Keep posted on our Instagram @benfieldparkmedicalgroup with the running schedule on a week-to-week basis, you can also download the app as seen above to track your progress.
If you feel it’s too much, don’t worry! Aim to walk the course instead. Even going for a brisk walk a few times a week can lift your mood and boost your energy.
Once we have completed it we plan to do a park run (and walk for those who’d prefer), both staff and patients at the Rising Sun Country Park, details of this event will follow.
